We are always thinking about our clients and figuring out the best way to ensure client satisfaction. That is why we have a clear policy. This ensures that the business runs smoothly and you, along with everyone else, get the treatment you pay for at The Laser & Beauty Boutique.

Arriving on time or five minutes prior to your appointment ensures that you will not miss a single minute of your treatment. We cannot keep others waiting for their treatment, just as you would not like to be kept waiting!

If being treated for laser hair removal, please ensure that you cleanly shave the areas no later than the night before the appointment and that all fake tan is removed. Failing to come shaved will incur a shaving fee. You must inform us of any photosensitive medication that you have taken in the week prior to the appointment. You must not have any sun or solarium exposure or fake tan within the last four-eight weeks.

If you attend to your appointment and your technician assesses that it is unsafe to treat you on the day of your appointment due to sun/UV exposure (tanning, solarium, topical products), change of medication, shaving issues, skin irritation, or other variations, the appointment and the 50% deposit made when securing the appointment will be forfeited. Additionally, your prepaid treatment will be forfeited. You are booking our time!

Your valid credit card information is required to secure your appointment. Your credit/debit card will only be used if you fail to change or cancel your appointment within 48 BUSINESS hours’ notice (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays) of your appointment time, or fail to be treated at the time of your appointment as per our cancellation policy.

If you book an appointment with us and cannot make the appointment, it is always best to call or text message on 0432 343 006 or email us at info@laserandbeauty.com.au and let us know rather than simply not show up. If you are deemed to be a No-Show Client, our booking system automatically blocks you from rescheduling and full prepayment for your No-Show appointment will be required before we can reactivate your account. All No-Show appointments will forfeit the 50% deposit made when securing the appointment. Additionally, your prepaid treatment will be forfeited.

If you prepay for treatments you may save an amount according to the pre-payment package. There is no refund on pre-paid treatments/packages and they are not transferable to other individuals. Pre-payment packages must be used within 12 months from date of purchase. We do not refund for change of mind, if you found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you simply do not need it or have no use for it anymore. Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied and long-term client so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded. We do not refund for simply changing your mind.

We thank you for your consideration of our 48 BUSINESS hours’ cancellation policy. Our booking policy does not only protect our business but also ensures fair treatment to all our clients. Please book carefully. No-shows and last-minute cancellations mean that other clients cannot book into that time slot and it wastes the time and expertise of our highly trained professionals.

Your valid credit card imprint is required to secure all bookings. We understand that sometimes bookings need to be changed, so you will be allowed to change your booking as long as you give us 48 BUSINESS hours’ notice (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays).

If appointments with less than 48 BUSINESS hours’ notice are cancelled or changed, or failure to attend to an appointment for any reason such as choosing not to, or being unable to have the full treatment that is booked in for on the day of the appointment (including due to lateness, fake tan &/or sun exposure), your card payment method used to secure your booking will forfeit the 50% deposit of the appointment and is strictly non-refundable. Additionally, your prepaid treatment will be void. The Laser & Beauty Boutique reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.
